Fun show tonight, guys...staying up late in the UK!
Cheers from Woodstock.
Great to find a another LOCAL site giving Indies a chance.
Bravo!
Thanks Enio and Steve for uniting and bringing out all these beautiful voices that we may never have heard. Happy New Year Guys and long live your show!
Cindy and Steve
Thank you Steve and Enio.
It's hard to be away from home lads especially at Christmas. Family, home, snow, and moms home cooking. It's hard:} but you guys bridge the gap of guilt and need. You make it real and bring the best of Canada into my home every Friday when I slot away ' Me Time' for the 100 Mile Music Show. You never disappoint and Keep it Real. Thanks guys.Great Show as always.
Just catching up with the podcasts. Thank you. It is great to hear new (to me) music, including Jef White and Trey Mills. Glad to hear you play Angus MacLeod. His music has been a favourite of mine since the CD came out.
Another great show guys keep up the good work.
My friend Valerie just gave me a HMMS T-shirt she brought back from her recent trip to Owen Sound for the My Sweet Patootie and Ritchie Parrish Ritchie charity gig. Black's not my colour but I'll make an exception just this once...keep it up guys.
All love
Janet
Superb - you're playing the Hear Now -Musical Gift for Youth Literacy CD! These musicians have crafted a glorious hatful of tunes - a creative gift for a great cause. Your show is cutting edge of current!
Great format and show guys. Listened to last podcast and live tonight. Brilliant forum for our abundant local talent. Keep up the good work.
Hey just listening to your show online and wanted to say thanks for the support to local artists. Really means a lot - love the show

The mention of 2/4 reminded me of my first trip to TO to sit in TO General while my best friend did battle with multiple myeloma. Thankfully Joe and Kathren Grant kept me fed and cared for but a trip into The Olive Tree one night ended with the maitre'd telling me to have a good 2/4. Wah?? East coast virgin here whose teenage years rang with The Moose is Loose every weekend for our Moosehead home brewed beer and so I stood red faced and he explained it to me and then packed up my take away with a napkin with his phone number on it. Ha. Wasn't looking but under the circumstances , did great things for the ego. Loved the show. My Sweet Patootie not only do great music, they support great causes. Thanks Steve and Enio.
So proud of you Steve!
Hi Guys
Love the shows !!!!

Thank you so much for helping independent and local musicians get out there. Keep fighting the good fight, and we'll be right behind you with more music!
All the best and GO GREY/BRUCE GO!

Thanks to Podcast we get to listen to another great hundred mile music show on Saturday night. Another great show, thanks guys. A breath of fresh air. Keep them coming.
Yo Steve, Good on you for featuring local music. We dreamed this concept up for a TV show at Stanfest in 2007, and will likely get it going soon. I played with My Sweet Patootie in Red Rock, ex-band mates of yoursd - VERY talented duo. Love, Valdy
Thanks for all your help with the Big Bay Back Deck Concerts. Great idea for a show with so much local talent. Aug 14 and 28th still to go on the deck. Spead the work as there's still room on the roster...free ice cream!!!
Some great talent you have up there. Enjoyed last evenings show. "I Still Believe" and "This Town" were standouts for me. You should do a Hundred Mile showcase.
all the best:-)
Hi Steve. Just a note to let you know I'll be sending a few C.D.s to listen to.I think you'll you'll find some of it quite interesting.
Thanks.. Rocky West
Thanx so much for supporting my music. I've received a dozen or so e mails from some new fans and even ended with a gig out of the deal.
Keep up the good work.
Until next time...
You can catch the ROADSHOW live in June:

keeping rock & roll alive!
Finally. Someones caught on to the Porcupine. Bravo!
Really liked a song you played earlier on tonight but I missed who the artist was but I've tracked it down as Peter Anthony(Roadkill).Great great stuff. Enjoyed the rest of the show also. I shall be sure to tune in often.
Great show tonight! As usual, an excellent eclectic mix of styles. Highlights for me were Tara MacKenzie, the live in the studio Sabrina Perry and then her mentor Sandra Swannell ripping it up with My Sweet Patootie.
Thanks!
Hi Steve,
I am listening in Southeastern Mn. You sound great!!! :)
Cindy Bandel
Great show tonight guys! Appreciate all the plugs for Harbour Nights. See you Sunday night to hear the next generation of 100 Mile musicians sing their hearts out!
Great idea, great team - congratulations!
Pat McKenna
Wonderfull concept...It's great to see radio supporting independent artists.
Hoping to hear Brian Neale of Northern Harbour on one of your up coming shows.
I'd love to be able to listen to your shows but the time slot is not good for me. I do listen to Podcasts all the time while I'm driving and this would be a great addition to my play list.
Great show tonight guys...your really bringing out the local talent in the area..looking forward to next weeks show.
MR
Really liked The Zamboni Song!
Bravo to both of you for this wounderful radio show !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm so glad that this is finally happening in this community! There is (and has been) some very worthy talent brewing here.
Fabulous job, guys!
And thanks!
Great concept, and may the word spread throughout Southern Ontario for all to enjoy the fruits of your labours and willingness to share and promote REAL music with this generous offering, although technically the site should be called the 160.9344 Kilometer Music Show!
:-)
As Harlan Howard said, "country music is three chords and the truth". Of course, he said this before so-called "new country" arrived and tainted real country music (my opinion). Getting "the truth out to the masses has been a tough haul since the arrival of "new country". Hopefully your site will help bring the truth back to the country and the people who love living it and living in it.
Very cool guys!! Good mix of tunes and artists. AND doesn't sound too AM-ish on the net through the headphones!
I even like the local advertisers...
Kudos Steve and Enio!
Jim
Sounding great guys!
Hi Steve and Enio Greetings from North Yorkshire on UK Election night - Great show which makes me wish I, well all right both Helen & I, were back in OS.
Can you find some way to put the show on a download or podcast so that those of us who can't always stay up this late can hear the show?
Best wishes
Chris & Helen Davey
I'm looking forward to the first show!
Radio without pants!
3 minutes people! Energy!
xo Sandra
I can't wait to hear your streamed show tonight. Glad to hear your have found a day (evening?) job! ;-) Naturally, the Tanglefoot hits will be played, right???? Good Luck my friend.
Hi Steve,
Great move. Out here I'll call it 100 Mile Plus ,just to be in your loop.
Best of luck to you. Regards Dave O'H.
Hi, Steve. I'm looking forward to this. Lot's of potential in this area to feature local music, and something dearly needed. I wish you all the best with this, and will offer to do an interview with you to talk bluegrass and all about the Queensbush Bluegrass CLub. Cheers, Bernie
Sounds exciting, Steve! It will be a good complement to the Monday night and Tuesday night shows on WDCB in Glen Ellyn, IL. Though only 25 miles away from Chicago, I have to listen on the Internet. Best wishes to you and Enio on this new endeavor (spelled US style).
We lived in OS for 30+ years and enjoyed tanglefoot a lot. Heard you play in the sanctuary of the little Anglican church in Wiarton several years ago and missed you at Stanfest in Canso, NS two years ago. Now reving it up in Nova Scotia but am looking forward to stream/beam up on Thursday to hear some G-B sounds that who knows might be calling us home.
Hey Steve. Much luck with you wonderful new program. I'll get the toothpics ready for the debut in Ireland.
Fantastic!!
I can't wait to tune in.
What a brilliant idea! Looking forward to tuning in through t'internet from Wigan - definitely more than a hundred miles away...
What a totally cool idea! I look forward to tuning in!
We're all really excited about the new show and hearing Steve regularly on the business end of a broadcast mic. We'll be tuning in online even if it is in the wee small hours of the morning for us. Very best wishes from England.
Hi Steve, I look forward to hearing your radio show once its starts. Congratulations.
Hey there, Steve! Congrats on the new gig. Please keep me updated on the show. We'll tune in via the wonders of cyberspace.
